Next week, January 20th-24th, we will begin our swimming lessons.
A mistake on my part, I put in the wrong schedule. I apologize, just changed them. Timings below are the correct timings for our group. Thanks
Our swimming Lessons Schedule Gr.1 : Room 8
Starting Jan 20th -Jan 24th
We will be travelling together with Room1 on the bus.
10:35 -board bus @ Vista Heights School
11:05-11:50 -swimming lesson
12:10 -bus leaves Village Square Leisure Center and returns to Vista Heights School
*when students arrive at school they will be supervised while eating their lunch
**if your child is NOT in the lunch room program, please send a lunch this
week and he/she will be supervised
Suggestions:
- wear your swimsuit under your clothes and pack undergarments in your bag
- put an additional plastic bag in your backpack to hold your swimsuit and towel, so other items don't get wet
Please note: We are still in need of one volunteer for swimming because 3 classes are going at the same time. If we do not get another volunteer, the swimming lessons may be cancelled. If you are able to volunteer for an hour each day next week, please us know as soon as possible.
Fish Creek Park - WE NEED VOLUNTEERS!
Our field trip to Fish Creek Park is on Wednesday, January 29th.
This field trip is inside the interpretive centre and includes a short walk outside.
We MUST have at least 4 volunteers for this trip because we have 3 classes going.
If you are able to volunteer, please let me know as soon as possible.
If we do not have enough volunteers, we may have to cancel and that would be very disappointing.
